His Royal Majesty Oba Babatunde Adewale Ajayi serves as Chairman of BSG Professional Services, bringing over 38 years of distinguished experience in Insolvency, Restructuring, and Financial Advisory. He has led more than 400 complex assignments, earning recognition as a leading authority in this specialised field.
He holds LL.B and LL.M degrees from the University of Lagos and is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is also a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), reflecting his rare dual expertise in law and finance.
Oba Ajayi is a Distinguished Fellow of INSOL International; the global body for restructuring and insolvency professionals, and notably the first African to attain Fellowship status, marking his pioneering contributions to the profession across the continent.
